Correspondences of the Element of Air
Air magic often focuses on the intellectual or the spiritual--it can be of help when you want to increase your capacity for learning or heighten your spiritual level. However, it can also be utilized for astral travel. Air scents tend to be light, such as minty smells. Galbanum is considered an Air herb, and although it does smell very Earthy when you get a whiff of it raw, when it's burning, it is definitely Air. Good tools for Air magic are the sword (or the Sword suit in the Tarot) or arrow. Air can also be symbolised through the use of perfume or incense.
