Chamomile Organic Chamomile Essential Oil (Blue)
This wonderful Moon herb has long been a friend to human beings. It is especially useful in developing Moon-ruled aspects, such as working on divination or dreamwork. Some people make a wash incorporating this scent to dress their magick mirror. And a couple drops of this essential oil added to a bath is not only soothing but can be a good way to get ready for bedtime when you are planning dreamwork. You can also add a couple drops to the stuffings of a dream pillow for this purpose. Its scent can help us carve out a still space where we can work on spiritual problems or tasks or just relax. The herb chamomile is nice for working with the Maiden, and to me its smooth scent has something especially maidenly about it. Oddly enough, in German folklore, chamomile flowers are thought to represent fallen soldiers. Good quality chamomile essential oil, which this is, is naturally blue. It colors oils beautifully! Steam-distilled from Matricaria recutita in the Nepal. Top
