All seeds listed on this page are governed by the State Noxious-Weed Seed Requirements (Federal Seed Act). Alchemy Works will not send seeds to states where they are restricted. We also do not ship seeds outside of the USA and Canada. Our cart functionality does not allow us to automatically restrict orders by product and state or country, so if you purchase a restricted seed, we will contact you by email and give you the option to provide an approved shipping address, substitute another seed that is not restricted, or receive a refund.
PLEASE NOTE: We manually check each order against the shipping address. If an order contains restricted seeds, we will not ship it.
