Alchemy Works does not ship to the countries or regions listed below. These restrictions are in place for a variety of reasons including but not limited to trade embargos, high shipping prices, customs restrictions, unreliable postal systems, etc. If you think that your country is listed in error, or if you are willing to accept country-specific shipping rates (as would be the case for Austria or Japan), please contact us by email and we will work with you.
International Shipping Restrictions for Seeds
Alchemy Works is no longer able to sell seeds to customers outside of the United States and Canada. These items are highly subject to seizure, require a phytosanitary certificate, or both. Our seeds and herbs are free from pests and conform to phytosanitary standards; however, the cost and time burden that providing this certificate entails is prohibitive for us. Be forewarned that we will manually cancel all international orders for seeds and refund the associated charges (excluding to Canada). If an international order contains items in addition to seeds, we will cancel/refund the seeds and ship the remaining products.
Customs Declarations and Fees
All shipments outside of the USA include a customs form (digital or printed) which lists the order's contents and prices. Alchemy Works is not responsible for fees or duties owed to the destination country, which may vary depending on the order value and other factors based on the product itself. Alchemy Works cannot offer refunds based on customs fees or shipping delays. Choice of Shipping Carriers
International orders ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or the United Parcel Service (UPS). We offer standard or expedited shipping and reserve the right to select either carrier based on the speediest estimated delivery.
